Patient Registration Process

We encourage all patients to pre-register online at least 24 hours before their procedure. This allows for a smoother admission and procedure process. Pre-registration can be completed here.

Diagnostic Scheduling

  • All diagnostic procedures, with the exception of general X-rays and labs, must be scheduled.
  • Patients should arrive 30 minutes prior to the exam time.
  • A driver’s license or picture ID and insurance card(s) are required at the time of registration.
  • Patients without insurance coverage whose condition is non-emergent must pay a deposit at the time of service.
  • Patients must be informed if a procedure or test requires fasting.
  • All patients with a tuberculosis (TB) or purified protein derivative (PPD) will be instructed to wear a mask at the time of check-in.

You can reach our diagnostic scheduling department at 678-312-3444.

Medicare Patients
Medical necessity screening for all Medicare outpatients will be done prior to or during the registration process. Please refer to www.medicare.gov for current medical review guidelines. This should prevent unnecessary delays in processing Medicare patients.
